Hispanic Commission - Sacred Heart Parish is committed to serving various cultural needs of our community. With our growing Hispanic population, there is a definite desire to reach out to them. This Commission helps them to worship God according to the traditions of their country.

Parish Life Commission - This Commission has as its primary aim or goals the following: The first is to bring the parish family together for sharing, celebration and for laughter. This is accomplished through various dances, dinners, Bingo, card games, and festivals. The second aim is to raise funds for the upkeep of the parish.

Prayer and Worship Commission - This Commission focuses its attention on the prayer life of the parish community. It involves the planning of services for the various opportunities for the community to gather for prayer. It oversees the environment of the church building as well as various liturgical ministries of the parish. This group also offers learning tools to the parish community in the areas of liturgy and spirituality.

Social Justice Commission - The responsibility of this Commission is twofold: to meet immediate needs and to work for changes in the structure of society which are oppressive. Commission members are not responsive to actually DO all of the work, but rather to involve others in actively accepting the responsibility of their Babtism!
